    FLOOD REPORTING FORM

    Details of person submitting report: 
    Please provide address including postcode and contact number.   
    Flood details:
    • Location of flooding 
    • Date and time flooding occurred 
    • Where did water come from? 
    • Estimation of maximum depth and time recorded 
    • Was any house/property internally flooded? 
    Provide as much information about the flood as possible. Location, date and time, where did the water come from, provide an estimation of the depth of the water, was any property internally affected by the flood?
    Post flood details:
    • ​Date and time the water began to subside
    • Where did the water go to?
    • Date and time of final clearance of water
    Please add any other important information into any of the fields above: e.g. weather conditions; named storm; any other significant event.
